National Depression Screening Community Response's National Depression Screening Day.

National Depression Screening Day raises awareness and screens people for depression and related mood disorders. NDSD is the nation’s oldest voluntary, community-based screening program that gives access to a validated screening questionnaire and provides referral information for treatment. More than half a million people each year have been screened for depression since 1991.
Please Note: Eligible organizations include advocacy groups, social service agencies, hospitals, community health centers/clinics and private practices that are using the program to serve the general public. If you are an EAP provider, HR department, business, or you wish to provide this program to your employees, please go to our section or contact Workplace Response program manager.
